Jesse Francis Rebustillo is the Inquirer’s AVP for Industrial Relations. He is also a Management and Human Resource Consultant, Seminar Facilitator and Speaker as he conducts programs on values, leadership, emotional intelligence, work life balance, team building, career development, job hunting as well as sales and customer service.
Jesse was the Corporate Human Resources Head of the Philippine Daily Inquirer. He has initiated several innovative HR practices in work-life balance, human resource development, competency-based performance management system and upgraded employee benefits. It was during his stint at the HR Department that Inquirer was recognized for its best practices by the Employer’s Confederation of the Philippines (ECOP) Kapatiran – Industrial Relations Award in 2003 and a finalist in 2002 and 2003 Employer of the Year Award by the Personnel Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP).
He was the 2011 President of the Philippine Society for Training and Development (PSTD) and currently, President of the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP).
