Francis Loseo is the Chief Executive Officer of iLeap Philippines and Malaysia. He is also an international trainer who conducts workshops in Beijing and Shanghai China, Vietnam, Hongkong and Kuala Lumpur.
He is the customer experience consultant of Ortigas & Co., Robinsons Malls and Jollibee, the top food corporation in the Philippines. Francis was the trainer of choice to lead the 2020 Vision and Mission for the Leadership team of Jollibee Philippines. Today, he is tasked to train the 3,000 regular employees of Jollibee. He has trained Japanese, Chinese, Australian, Korean, Singaporean and Indian trainers of Merck Millipore. He is also the training consultant of Avon Manufacturing, Epson, Volvo Trucks, Philhealth, Boehringer-Ingelheim, Pfizer, Shangri-la and Merck Millipore just to name a few. In partnership with Viventis Asia, Francis is one of the 4 certified trainers in Asia Pacific to conduct AQ-Adversity Quotient and Grit by Dr. Stoltz. He formerly taught Strategic Management and Operations Management at De La Salle University.
Most Unconventional Work Experience
Francis has assumed a lot of crazy roles to make his workshops creative and entertaining. He experienced being a magician to explain the art and science of customer experience. He also dressed and acted like a Military General to explain strategic thinking. Lastly, he also became a samurai warrior to train values and excellence for BPI.
