"Company Best Practice - Habits of Effective L&D Partners"
In discussing “Effective Habits of L&D Partners,” Vivien Arnobit draws from her extensive experience in learning and development. In Meralco, Vivien has led teams in charge of different development areas:
from Behavioral Training to Total Quality Management
from Management Development to Technical Training
even Talent Management and Succession Planning
For six years, Vivien was the Academic Services Director of the Meralco Development Center, also known as MMLDC. Here she led teams who delivered L&D services to various partners, such as:
Leadership training for Principals of Public Schools and DepED regional officers
Technical and Management courses for employees of Electric Cooperatives in various provinces to foreign electric utilities like Bhutan
HR and OD projects for LGU’s and National Agencies
Working with different teams on different projects, Vivien had many opportunities to observe habits that work and those that don’t. Let’s compare lists and see which ones we have in common, and which habits might come as a surprise.
